Rollout path
The first access path stays Brazil-first. Mexico follows as the next localization wave after onboarding, support, pricing and legal gates are ready for a wider rollout.
Infrastructure is intentionally lean: one VPS, one domain, and a narrow runtime contour optimized for fast feedback loops.
