eStars privacy and data handling
This notice covers the staged-release version of eStars for Telegram-native monetization operations.
What we process
eStars processes operator email, Telegram user IDs, Telegram usernames when available, payment event status, access status, internal usage/accounting balances, support notes and operational audit logs. We use this data to operate paid access, prevent duplicate payment handling, answer support cases and keep billing state consistent.
Legal basis and retention
During staged release, processing is limited to operating the requested service, fraud and abuse prevention, payment reconciliation and support. Operational records are retained while the workspace is active and then deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for support, accounting or security review.
User and operator rights
Operators and Telegram users can request access, correction, deletion and portability/export of personal data connected to a workspace where legally required and technically approved. Requests are reviewed manually; eStars does not offer automatic public export or deletion flows during staged access. Some payment and audit records may need to be retained for a limited period where required for dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
