eStars privacy and data handling

This notice covers the pilot version of eStars for Telegram-native monetization operations. Portuguese summary is included for Brazilian pilot users.

What we process

eStars processes operator email, Telegram user IDs, Telegram usernames when available, payment event status, credit balances, entitlement status, support notes and operational audit logs. We use this data to operate paid access, prevent duplicate payment handling, answer support cases and keep billing state consistent.

Legal basis and retention

During the pilot, processing is limited to operating the requested service, fraud and abuse prevention, payment reconciliation and support. Operational records are retained while the workspace is active and then deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for support, accounting or security review.

User and operator rights

Operators and Telegram users can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data connected to a pilot workspace. Some payment and audit records may need to be retained for a limited period where required for dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
