Digital goods and credits

eStars helps Telegram-native operators sell and manage digital credits, access grants, quotas and related post-payment operations. Credits are not cash, stored value or a withdrawal balance. They are used only for paid digital operations in connected bots.

Payments and delivery

Telegram Stars payments are confirmed through Telegram payment events. After a payment is confirmed, eStars records the event, updates credits or access state and keeps an audit trail for duplicate handling, support and reconciliation.

Refunds and disputes

Refund requests are reviewed manually before any Telegram Stars refund action is taken. A refund may revoke related access, correct credit balances and create audit records. Used credits or completed digital operations may affect the refund outcome.
