Payment support

For duplicate payments, missing credits, access problems or refund assessment, include the Telegram payment time and any receipt or charge reference available in Telegram. eStars will review the payment trail before changing credits, access or refund state.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, export or deletion requests related to personal data, contact [email protected]. Some payment, security and audit records may be retained where needed for disputes, abuse prevention or legal obligations.
