Brazil-first pilot rollout for Telegram monetization ops

eStars is launching paid pilots in Brazil first, with Mexico as the second wave after the first validated design partners. This is a founder-led onboarding motion, not a broad self-serve release.

What the first pilot includes

• One Telegram Stars payment flow
• Payment event ingestion and idempotent handling
• Credits, quotas and entitlement updates
• Minimal operator support workflow for pilot operations

Who we are prioritizing

• Telegram AI bot or service bot with paid usage
• Need to manage credits, quotas or renewals
• Willing to run a founder-led pilot, not self-serve onboarding
• Can give fast feedback on payment, entitlement and support flow

Launch sequence

Wave 1 is Brazil-first. Once the first pilots validate positioning, onboarding and support overhead, the same contour expands into Mexico as the second localization and GTM wave. The goal is to prove a repeatable paid-pilot motion before widening scope.

Infrastructure is intentionally lean: one VPS, one domain, and a narrow runtime contour optimized for fast feedback loops.
